Glenn Whitehall

As a singer/songwriter Glenn is a disciple of Southern US soulful rock/r’n’b, founding and fronting Australian roots/rock band SacredCrows.

He has shared stages with a host of national and international legends, including Jose Feliciano, Boyz II Men, Eugene Hideaway Bridges, Russell Morris, Mi-Sex, Jack Jones, Joe Camilleri, Richard Clapton, Shannon Noll & Ray Beadle.

A quiet mainstay of the Australian music scene, Glenn had the privilege of being part of Team Keith Urban on season 1 of “The Voice Australia” in 2012, regularly returning to vocal teams on The Voice, Australia’s Got Talent and Australia’s Biggest Singalong (SBS 2020), and with Adele for her 2017 stadium shows in Sydney.

He features as part of profile tribute shows across the country, covering the giants of rock, pop and soul alongside the best in the business (CCE Entertainment, Johnny G & The Etypes, Access All Eras).  

Behind the scenes, he is passionate about seeing improvements in mental health culture, working towards a Master of Counselling, running music programmes for young people recovering from substance use disorder, and being admitted to the Movember Foundation’s Hall of Fame for fundraising efforts.

Smitten by popular and indie rock music as a teen, his influences have widened to include old rhythm and blues/soul, funk and classic songwriters. Playing over 150 gigs a year around Australia, Glenn is a versatile & seasoned performer, bringing an easygoing, upbeat vibe to his set, and covering a huge range of styles and songs.
